Founded in 1988 DOGUS VANA LTD STI has become one of the leading companies in Turkey producing Irrigation and Water Supply equipment for both domestic and international markets. Over 70 % of the companies’ production is being exported to more than 30 countries with a range of customer basis changing from Government Bodies to reputable valve companies throughout the world.
Dogus Vana products are used in water management systems to cover a wide range of applications including industry, municipal waterworks, high-rise buildings water supply systems, cooling systems, fire protection systems, the petroleum industry and agricultural irrigation.
Dogus Vana manufactures all the products, which are rigidly tested for proper operation under various pressures and flow rate conditions, in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality System approved by BVQI. Its Quality Department has highly qualified and experienced engineers that maintain the best quality level of Dogus products.
Also, the Research & Development Department of Dogus Vana creates new and innovative products relying on the needs of its customers and international market. The staff of R & D Department regularly renew and improve the existing products as well.
Production
Modern CAD/CAM systems ensure reliable and consistent product manufacture. DOGUS's highly skilled production staff is backed by on-line dimensional inspection. All production details are addressed, down to the fine details of product finish, appearance and international shipping packaging.
Testing
All DOGUS products are individually hydraulically tested and pre-set in-plant, to facilitate on-site installation and simplify system start-up.
DOGUS's large, sophisticated hydraulic laboratory is operated by highly trained technicians. The lab is an integral part of DOGUS's research and development process - providing in-house extreme conditions and new idea testing facilities.
